Talent Executive (Entry-Level) London | £30,000 + Bonus

We're recruiting for an ambitious Talent Resourcer to join the internal recruitment team of a global healthcare publishing and medical communications organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to break into recruitment, where you'll receive hands-on training, ongoing mentoring and the chance to develop into a recruitment specialist.
Working closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers, you'll help identify, engage and attract exceptional talent across a variety of business functions, supporting the continued growth of an organisation that partners with some of the world's leading pharmaceutical and healthcare companies.

Our client is a leading international healthcare publishing and medical communications business, producing trusted medical journals, educational content, digital campaigns and industry events for healthcare professionals across the globe.
Partnering with pharmaceutical, biotechnology and life sciences organisations, they play an important role in sharing the latest clinical research and medical innovations with healthcare professionals worldwide. As the business continues to grow, they are investing in their internal Talent Acquisition team to attract the very best people.

The Role
As a Talent Resourcer, you'll be responsible for identifying outstanding candidates, building talent pipelines and supporting hiring managers to fill a wide range of exciting positions.
Using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, market research and candidate outreach, you'll proactively engage professionals, introduce career opportunities and help create an exceptional recruitment experience from first contact through to interview.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who is looking to build a long-term career in recruitment or talent acquisition.
What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and networking.
- Building relationships with professionals across a range of industries and disciplines.
- Creating talent pipelines for both current vacancies and future hiring needs.
- Researching competitor businesses and mapping talent markets.
- Writing personalised outreach messages to engage passive candidates.
- Coordinating interviews and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintaining accurate records using the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Sharing market insights and contributing ideas to improve sourcing strategies.

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, recruitment, sales or any customer-facing role would be beneficial but isn't essential.
