Job Summary

As a Talent for Care Administrator Apprentice, you will work towards achieving the knowledge, skills and behaviours required of a Level 2 apprentice, whilst developing the competencies expected of a Band 2 Talent for Care Administrator.

You will provide administrative support to the Talent for Care Team, supporting the delivery of an efficient, effective and customer focused service.

You will undertake a structured programme of learning alongside your role, attending training provided by the apprenticeship provider and completing off the job learning activities. With appropriate support and supervision, you will develop the skills required to carry out the full range of Band 2 administrative duties.

The apprenticeship offers an opportunity to gain valuable NHS experience whilst achieving a nationally recognised qualification.
