Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Contract Payout: $20 – $50/hour
About the Role
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Global Mobility Specialist to work on a contract basis to support international employee relocations and assignments. The role involves managing cross-border compliance, tax implications, and relocation logistics for global workforce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on immigration requirements, work permits, and visa processes for employees relocating to or from multiple countries.
- Coordinate with legal, tax, and HR teams to ensure compliance with global mobility regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement relocation packages tailored to employees’ destination countries while optimizing cost efficiency.
- Monitor changes in international tax laws and immigration policies affecting employee mobility and adjust policies accordingly.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on global mobility best practices and cultural considerations for international assignments.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in global mobility, international assignments, or relocation services is required.
- Knowledge of immigration laws, visa processes, and work permit requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Familiarity with international tax compliance, including tax equalization and shadow payroll processes, is preferred.
- Strong project management skills to coordinate logistics for relocations involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with employees, legal teams, and third-party vendors.
