About You

The Role: Talent Growth Partner

You’ll split your focus roughly 80% on internal capability + 20% on client initiatives, contributing to the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of progressive learning and enablement solutions built for the agentic era.

Core Responsibilities

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Cultivate strong rapport with internal stakeholders and clients, becoming a proactive enablement partner for learning inquiries
  • Clearly communicate the value of our programmes

Programme Coordination & Delivery

  • Coordinate and execute the end-to-end lifecycle of core programmes, including:
    • Onboarding journeys
    • Blended learning tracks
    • Live workshops
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

Digital Infrastructure & Insights

  • Drive learner engagement across:
    • Our Learning Experience Platform (HowNow)
    • External tools
  • Manage platform functionality, including:
    • Trainer pools
    • Engagement tracking
    • Analytical reporting to uncover capability trends
  • Explore AI-powered tools to optimise processes and content curation

Social Learning Integration

  • Foster modern, peer-to-peer social learning spaces within technical practice areas
  • Support team strategies for building self-sustaining, collaborative learning habits

Delivery Excellence & Logistics

  • Manage project timelines, training logistics, and course schedules
  • Ensure learning experiences meet quality standards and quality delivery

Continuous Improvement

  • Embed feedback mechanisms and leverage data-driven insights to:
    • Iterate learning solutions
    • Systematically elevate real performance impact

Business Alignment

  • Align designs with current priorities and organisational challenges
  • Track technical business environments + market trends

Enablement Leadership & Mentoring

  • Coach and mentor L&D team members + internal SMEs
  • Evaluate training effectiveness to champion innovation + scale best practices
