Who We Are

We're on a mission to close the world’s tech skills gap.

We help organisations navigate the future of technology, combining human expertise, emerging tech, and AI to deliver better outcomes, faster.

Since 2014, we've worked side-by-side with clients to solve complex challenges, build high-performing teams, and create lasting capability. As technology continues to evolve, we believe the most successful organisations will be those that combine the best of both: human ingenuity AND intelligent technology.

That belief is embedded in everything we do. We call it the genius of the AND—deep expertise AND practical delivery, innovation AND responsibility, ambitious work AND sustainable careers.

Through our Guide, Build and Equip approach, we help organisations embrace change, deliver meaningful impact, and develop the skills they need to thrive in an increasingly agentic world.

About You

You are:

  • Action-orientated, energised by driving change and innovating with modern learning solutions
  • Deeply care about producing high-quality work that delivers real value and staying outcome-focused
  • Adaptable, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and enjoy solving complex problems collaboratively
  • Bring strong expertise in your craft with an inquisitive drive to keep learning, evolving, and helping others grow
  • A strong facilitator, able to deliver high-impact sessions seamlessly across remote, hybrid, and face-to-face environments
  • Communicate clearly and build trust quickly across all levels and backgrounds
  • Value low-ego collaboration and excel in multidisciplinary teams

What You'll Bring to the Table

As a Talent Growth Partner within our Academy team, you will design, deliver, and continuously improve progressive learning and enablement solutions built for the agentic era. Your focus will split roughly 80% internally and 20% on client initiatives, coordinating core enablement experiences and collaborating with technical Practice Areas, Strategic Alliances, Business Units, and external clients to foster a modern, high-performing learning culture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
