About Reign Partners Reign Partners is a specialist search and talent advisory firm working exclusively with private equity funds and their portfolio companies across Europe. We combine deep market expertise with modern talent intelligence tools to help management teams secure the leadership and specialist talent needed to deliver growth, transformation, and value creation.

The Role We are looking for a Talent Intelligence Analyst to become a central part of our search delivery function. You will map markets, identify exceptional talent, and provide the intelligence that underpins successful searches across finance, commercial, technology, transformation, and executive leadership functions.

You will work closely with experienced consultants and use a combination of market knowledge, advanced sourcing tools, and AI-assisted research methods to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients. This is an opportunity to build a career within executive search while gaining direct exposure to private equity-backed businesses and senior leadership teams across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build detailed talent maps across target markets
  • Identify and engage senior candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other research platforms
  • Produce market intelligence reports and candidate shortlists
  • Track organisational changes, hiring trends, and leadership movements
  • Gather compensation and market data
  • Support the development of longlists and shortlists for retained search assignments
  • Contribute ideas and improvements to research processes
  • Continuously explore better ways to identify and assess talent

What We Are Looking For

  • Prior experience in recruitment, executive search, talent acquisition, or research is expected
  • Naturally curious, organised, and analytical mindset
  • Comfortable working with technology
  • Enjoy solving problems
  • Pride in producing high-quality work
  • Strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience within private equity or executive search is advantageous but not essential
