Talent & Learning Coordinator
We're looking for a Talent & Learning Coordinator to help shape how people join, learn, and grow at Splendid Hospitality Group.
Location
Sitting at the heart of our People team, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless candidate experience while coordinating learning and development activity across our Hotels, Care, QSR (Quick Service Restaurants), and Group businesses.
From attracting great talent and supporting onboarding to coordinating training programmes and ensuring colleagues remain compliant and continuously developing, youβll help create exceptional experiences throughout the employee journey.
This is a varied role that combines Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development, giving you the opportunity to build breadth of People experience while supporting a growing and ambitious organisation.

π About the Role
You will:
- Coordinate learning and development activity across the business, ensuring programmes run smoothly and colleagues have engaging learning experiences.
- Support recruitment activity from advertising roles, scheduling interviews, to delivering an engaging candidate journey.
- Coordinate onboarding and mandatory training, helping new colleagues get the best possible start.
- Maintain accurate information across our Learning Management System (LMS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS), producing regular reports and insights.
- Support direct sourcing and employer branding initiatives, aiding in attracting talent while reducing reliance on external agencies.
- Provide first-line support for People systems while identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and the overall colleague experience.

π€ Requirements
Youβll bring:
- Experience in HR, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, or an administrative coordination role.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, alongside an aptitude for learning new systems, technology, and AI-driven solutions.
- Experience using HR, LMS, or ATS systems, or the ability to learn quickly.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and an interest in leveraging technology and AI to improve the way we work.
