N2O – Talent Management Executive
We are recruiting Talent Management Executives to help ensure we have the best contractors working on our marketing campaigns.
About the Role Working with household name clients, your role will be to search for suitable contractors on our system and match skill sets, location, and availability to current vacancies. You’ll be part of a fun, passionate, and supportive team, gaining exposure to diverse brand activations. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with Campaign Management to ensure clear understanding of the campaign brief, enabling appropriate resource allocation.
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to select and book profiled contractors.
- Follow up bookings with internal administration and send information packs to contractors to ensure they are fully briefed on requirements and campaign objectives.
- Provide updates on campaigns to your line manager in accordance with existing procedures.
- Utilise contractor data from BMS (Company database) to maintain accurate records and access contact details/profiles.
- Contribute to BMS development by offering feedback and suggestions for improvements to contractor services.

Location
Maidenhead office (hybrid arrangements may be applicable, though location is essential)
Working Arrangements
- Willingness to work Saturdays or Sundays on a rota basis (compensated via time in lieu during the working week)

- Competitive salary: up to £26,400 per annum gross, depending on experience + bonus potential

Requirements
- Strong proficient verbal and written English skills for team communication and client calls/emails.
- Familiarity with general administration/customer service environments.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Confident multitasking and prioritising varying demands.
- Ability to achieve targets aligned with the role’s core functions.
- Reliability and teamwork as core traits.
Tech Skills:
- Competent in essential office applications: Outlook, Word, and basic Excel.
