The Talent Management Processes and Culture Advisor reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Management Processes and Culture and plays a central role in shaping organisational development (OD), talent strategies, culture initiatives, and learning programmes.
Responsibilities
Strategic Implementation & Collaboration
- Implement talent management, performance management, employee engagement, retention, succession planning, data analytics, leadership development, culture initiatives, and course facilitation.
- Partner with stakeholders (across the business and the People Team) and manage external vendors to execute OD, Talent Management, Culture and Learning initiatives.
- Work alongside the Talent Strategy Partners and People Partners to develop and refine:
- Talent and Performance Management strategies
- Employee Listening and Engagement initiatives
- M&A and succession pipeline frameworks
Talent & Performance Management
- Design and develop resources/communications to support:
- Enterprise-wide Talent Reviews
- Succession Planning
- Performance Management processes
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to optimise high-potential talent mobility.
- Analyse talent analytics to:
- Identify retention opportunities
- Address talent gaps
- Strengthen succession pipelines
Culture & Engagement Leadership
- Ensure key leadership behaviours and values are embedded in talent/performance tools.
- Drive employee engagement surveys (lifecycle and listening) and:
- Develop resources leveraging survey data.
- Provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Conceive and deliver global Culture Reinforcement initiatives, including:
- Culture Workshops
- Culture resources and platforms (e.g., Culture Connect updates)
- Create and implement Team Effectiveness tools and initiatives.

Learning & Development Support
- Facilitate global learning programmes, such as:
- Zebra Foundations Orientation Programme
- Inclusive Leadership
- Leadership Essentials
- Collaborate with the Global Learning Team on leadership programmes.
- Promote Employee Learning initiatives and advocate the 70/20/10 learning model.
- Participate in Talent Management Inclusion and Learning (TMIL) projects.
Capabilities & Skills Required
| Key Areas | Details |
|---|---|
| Education | Bachelor’s degree required. |
| Experience | 10+ years in Organisational Development, Learning, Talent Management, or HR, including 6+ years in one of these focus areas. |
| Interpersonal Skills | Strong ability to engage with all organisational levels; facilitation, coaching, and consultative skills. |
| Technical Proficiency | Project management, adult learning strategy, data analysis, content development, and fluency in digital tools. |
| Communication | Exceptional written and verbal skills; expertly present results with clarity. |
| Collaboration | Proven ability to work with diverse teams, functions, and geographies. |
