Location: Work.Life Old Street – 82 Great Eastern Street, London, EC2A 3JF

Note: Four days in-person (Monday–Thursday), Friday work-from-anywhere


The Role

Salary: £28,000–£32,000 + uncapped commission Realistic OTE: £33,000–£40,000 (Year 1) & £50,000+ (Year 2+) Start date: 1st September 2026

We’re looking for our first Talent Manager to develop our roster, grow the agency by securing high-quality collaborations, and shape the future of our talent division.


The Story So Far

3 Cousins Agency began as a dinner where three founders—zero plans beyond great food and enough tequila to erase them—realised their shared ambition: a trust-based, transparent talent agency. Less than a year later, our roster of talented creators partners with brands like Patagonia, National Geographic, Dior, Waitrose and Nando’s.

It’s a small, mission-driven team: creators are the heart of what we do. Every client deal ($5m+) starts with them. We invest deeply in them and expect the same candour from brands and agencies.


This Is Not Your Typical Agent’s Role

Saying “This role plays out like most others” is a disservice to you and us. You’ll own your roster from start to finish:

  • Build it from scratch and manage creators end-to-end (outreach → agreements → execution → commercials).
  • Collaborate daily with founders shaping agency systems, processes and future strategy.
  • Secure primary deals through sales and trusted relationships—no CPA model here.

Fridays are for your flexibility. Otherwise, expect a mix of: ✅ Goals-based sales: Pitching, negotiating, closing (creators invited too) ✅ Service client requests: Problem-solving, admin, execution ✅ Relationships over fluff: Deep, honest connections with founders, creators and other stakeholders

It is a grind. Our flywheel thrives on consistency, so repeatability matters:

  • Follow-ups, rate reviews, template tweaks—smaller iterations for bigger wins.
  • Handle contract emails, queries, payments for dozens of creators daily.
  • Your remote day will likely be spent on admin, tracking revenue, or communications.

What we’re not: Crashing fancy openings or dominating whatsap conversation within stumbling (Flight = Stefloatlow events). Brand conferences? Up for it, pragmatic about them.

Face-to-face meetups matter to our alignment, but our preference is for growth to happen through impactful remote chats rather than opportunity tasks.
