We're Hiring: Talent Manager

Remote (UK) | London-based applicants preferred
Contract: Independent Contractor (Commission Only)
Flexible Hours

Majcherczyk Talent, a division of Majcherczyk Digital Ltd, is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Talent Manager to help build and support our growing roster of actors and performers.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing emerging talent while helping shape a new representation division from the ground up.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing relationships with performers on our talent roster.
  • Researching and identifying acting and performance opportunities across film, television, commercials, and digital media.
  • Assisting with submissions and liaising with casting professionals where appropriate.
  • Supporting performers with self-tape preparation, career guidance, and professional development.
  • Reviewing new talent applications and identifying promising performers to join our roster.
  • Conducting introductory meetings and maintaining communication with prospective talent.
  • Helping expand Majcherczyk Talent by actively sourcing exceptional new performers.
  • Maintaining accurate records of talent, opportunities, and ongoing communications.
  • Working closely with the Founder to help grow the representation division.

We're looking for someone who is

  • Passionate about the entertainment industry.
  • Organised, proactive, and reliable.
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable researching opportunities independently.
  • Interested in discovering and developing new talent.
  • Able to build positive relationships with performers and industry professionals.

Previous experience in talent management, casting, production, acting, or entertainment is welcomed but not essential. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

Compensation

This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity. You'll earn a percentage of the commission received by Majcherczyk Talent from acting and entertainment work secured through our representation, meaning your success is directly linked to the success of the talent you help support and develop.
