The Role
This is an exciting role that will see the successful candidate working closely with an excellent portfolio of VIP creative talent. You'll be tasked with forging strong relationships with talent, really understanding their personal brands and helping to secure meaningful partnerships, appearances and help manage on-going campaigns as well as helping to further grow the team moving forward. The ideal candidate will:

- Have previous experience managing influencer talent on behalf of an agency
- Ideally have previous experience working with talent or brands in the Luxury or Lifestyle sector
- Relish building lasting relationships with creators, helping them to develop and supporting them in their ambitions
- Be a strong negotiator, able to manage contracts and terms for partnerships
- Have an interest in managing junior colleagues as the team expands.
