About 3 Cousins Agency

3 Cousins Agency is an influencer marketing and creator talent agency representing some of the UK’s fastest-growing content creators. Founded in January 2025 by three cousins (after a dinner with too many tequilas), the agency was born from a shared mission: to create a trust-driven, transparency-first talent agency that underpromises and overdelivers.

In just over a year, the team has built a stacked roster of talent, working with brands like Dior, National Geographic, Waitrose, and Nando’s. Small but highly effective, 3 Cousins prioritises genuine relationships, care for creators, and the growth of both brand and agency clients.

As the creator economy moves fast, the agency remains grounded in the values of trust, honesty, and hard work. You’re invited to join at an exciting growth stage if you share these principles and are eager to shape the next chapter.

The Opportunity

This is your chance to join 3 Cousins Agency at a pivotal moment. As the first employee & Talent Manager, you’ll take ownership of:

  • Roster-building and management: From outreach to signing and long-term management.
  • Strategic content development: Partnering with creators to grow and monetise.
  • Sales and relationship-building: Securing collaborations, negotiating deals, and managing campaigns.
  • Agency growth: Refining systems, shaping processes, and working directly with founders.

From day one, you’ll enjoy high autonomy, responsibility, and scalability—playing a crucial role as the agency expands.

What You’ll Be Doing

Core Responsibilities:

  • Creator Management:
    • Build and structure your own roster, from initial outreach to long-term relationship maintenance.
    • Develop content strategies to enhance creator growth and monetisation.
    • Represent creators in deal negotiations around campaign fees, contracts, usage rights, and exclusivity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Sales & Client Development:

    • Proactively secure brand partnerships through outbound outreach and inbound enquiries.
    • Foster relationships with influencer marketing agencies, PR agencies, and brands.
    • Explore new opportunities beyond traditional deals—podcast appearances, speaking engagements, events, and creator ventures.
  • Campaign Execution:

    • Manage end-to-end campaigns: briefing, approval workflows, content delivery, and payments.
    • Ensure all creator communications are addressed within 24 hours.
  • Commercial Support:

    • Design media kits, rate cards, proposals, and other stakeholder materials.
    • Research, draft, and review contracts to protect both parties.
  • Business Growth & Operations:

    • Collaborate with founders to refine systems and processes.
    • Track trends, gather insights, and escalate challenges for actionable strategies.

What the Role Really Looks Like

While building meaningful relationships and attending industry events is encouraged, this is not an events-focused role. Expect to spend time on:

  • Outbound and inbound sales outreach (email chains, cold pitches).
  • Relationship maintenance through thoughtful follow-ups.
  • Contract and deal review for accuracy and fairness.
  • Admin and organisation—no day will ever be 100% creative.

Success here comes to those who enjoy the process as much as the results. Persistence, adaptability, and ownership are key. Building a roster takes time, but for the right person, the impact is immediate.
