Overview

Ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes of a great workplace? This is your opportunity to find out.

We're looking for a Talent Operations Coordinator to join our Talent team. This is an operations-focused role, supporting the processes, programmes, and employee experience that help our people thrive. While you'll work closely with colleagues across the business, this is not a recruitment or Talent Acquisition role.

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments. Whether you're early in your career, changing direction, or looking to build experience within HR and people operations, this role offers broad exposure across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the friendly, reliable first point of contact for our people, helping make work life run smoothly. That includes:

  • Being a go‑to person for employee questions (pay, benefits, holidays, systems, life stuff)
  • Supporting the full employee lifecycle — onboarding new starters, offboarding leavers, contract updates, and different types of leave
  • Keeping employee data accurate and compliant (GDPR, Right to Work checks, joiners & leavers)
  • Supporting employee relations meetings (including note‑taking and follow‑ups)
  • Working closely with Payroll & Benefits to make sure everyone gets paid correctly and on time
  • Coordinating probation and performance review processes end‑to‑end
  • Tracking holiday and absence data and flagging anything that needs attention
  • Processing invoices and POs when required
  • Helping improve how we do things — spotting what could work better and actually helping change it
  • Supporting wider Talent and culture projects across Publicis Groupe

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
