Join our Talent Operations team as a Talent Operations Executive and play a key role in delivering exceptional talent engagement, influencer partnerships and operational excellence across high-profile campaigns and brand initiatives.

About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Operations Executive to join our Communications team and act as the central point of contact for digital talent activation across the business. It plays a critical role in supporting and optimising talent strategies across all divisions, ensuring that activations are data-led, measurable, and commercially effective.

Working cross-functionally with PR & Talent Executives across divisions (e.g. Fashion, Beauty), alongside Marketing and Digital teams including Paid Media, Affiliates, and SEO, you will bring a quantitative lens to talent performance, enabling smarter decision-making and stronger ROI.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the central internal contact for digital talent activations across all divisions
  • Own and manage all talent reporting and performance analysis, using internal and external tools.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Paid Media, Affiliates, SEO and broader Digital teams
  • Build and maintain robust trackers, reporting tools and campaign calendars
  • Identify tools, innovations and best-in-class measurement approaches

This role requires flexibility across weekend, early morning & evening photoshoots, as required by the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
