At Global Commissioning, we're powering some of Europe's largest hyperscale data centre projects and are looking for an ambitious Talent Partner / Recruiter to help us build world-class teams across engineering, commissioning and critical infrastructure.
This isn't your typical internal recruitment role.
You'll partner directly with senior leaders, influence hiring strategy, and recruit exceptional talent across the UK and Europe while helping shape the future of a rapidly growing international business.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment across technical and project-based roles
- Building talent pipelines and proactively headhunting top talent
- Partnering with hiring managers and influencing recruitment decision
- Supporting international hiring and mobilisation across Europe
- Driving employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
- Using market insights to stay ahead of the competition

We're looking for someone who:
- Has agency or in-house recruitment experience within engineering, construction, technical or data centre sectors or similar
- Loves sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- Thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment
- Is commercially minded and enjoys building relationships
- Wants to make a genuine impact and grow with the business

Please note this role is office based in Whitstable 5 days per week.
Working hours: 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday & Friday 8.30am to 4pm - 1 hour lunch break.
