Role & Responsibilities
Partnering with hiring managers to understand both current and future hiring needs.
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial briefing through to offer and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience.
Recruiting a breadth of roles, including (but not exclusive to):
- Technology and Product
- Wider business functions (finance, operations, marketing, customer experience, etc.)
Proactive Talent Acquisition:
- Building talent pipelines through effective sourcing and market mapping strategies
- Engaging passive candidates in a competitive environment
Exceptional Candidate Experience:
- Ensuring high standards in engagement, transparency, and responsiveness
Stakeholder Support:
- Providing market insights and recruitment guidance
- Collaborating with the wider Talent Acquisition team to meet hiring objectives
Requirements & Proficiency
- 5+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition (in-house or RPO context preferred)
- Recruited across Technology and Product roles, plus broader corporate functions (e.g., customer facing, operations)
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing ability
- Proven sourcing expertise, particularly in attracting passive candidates
- Experience managing high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Travel to Leicester office 1–2 days per week required
