Talent Partner

Senior Talent Partner – Go-To-Market (GTM) & Enabling Functions

About Accurx

At Accurx, we’re solving healthcare productivity for the NHS. Decades of fragmented systems have complicated even the simplest tasks—our mission is to unify them into a single, system-wide platform that delivers gold-standard, efficient, and personalised care.

What began as a simple patient texting solution for GPs has evolved into a complete digital toolkit used by 98% of GP practices. Our platform powers:

  • Total Triage – Optimising patient demand
  • Self-Book – Instant appointment scheduling
  • Patient Questionnaires – Automating routine long-term care
  • Accumail – Unified staff communication across settings
  • Accurx Scribe – AI-powered real-time consultation note-taking

We’re not just building a system—we’re freeing up clinicians’ time to focus on patients and ensuring seamless care journeys.

About the Role

As a Senior Talent Partner, you’ll drive full-cycle recruitment for our Go-To-Market (GTM) and Enabling functions, transforming how we attract, assess, and retain top talent.

We’re a tight-knit team of 7, embryonic in a scalable startup environment with a shared obsession with hiring excellence: faster, fairer, and fun.

Your Impact

✅ Full-cycle ownership – Pushing from requisition creation to final offer stage, collaborating on hiring processes and unsuitable closing. ✅ Strategic hiring partner – Not just a CV deliverer but a trusted advisor to hiring managers—advising on role scope, optimising processes, and evaluating scenarios. ✅ Proactive talent sourcing – Building high-quality pipelines for immediate and future hires, rather than relying on applications rolling in. ✅ Data-driven recruitment – Designing transparent, consistent interview frameworks and leveraging hiring metrics to remove bias and diagnose bottlenecks. ✅ AI-accelerated workflows – Safely adopting AI tools (LLMs like Claude/Gemini/ChatGPT) to speed up sourcing, drafting, and admin. ✅ Talent system champion – Contributing to People initiatives such as:

  • Employer branding
  • Hiring manager training
  • Stakeholder talent engagement (community events, meetups)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Build-for-scale mindset – thrives in rapid-growth environments where pacing matches ambition.
  • AI-optimised workflows – familiar with using LLMs to streamline sourcing, drafting, and administrative tasks.
  • ATS & sourcing iq – comfortable on LinkedIn Advanced Mode, and ideally Metaview (we’ll onboard you on Ashby ATS).
