Talent Partner (Business Functions)

Talent Partner (Senior) – G&A (2-month project)

About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Talent Partner (G&A) to support our mission of transforming how businesses recruit, embedded directly within a powerful network of global clients—from scale-up unicorns to Fintech and SaaS disruptors. Our team is remote-first, globally distributed, and fiercely collaborative. We believe recruitment should be human-centred, data-driven, and purposeful to create outstanding outcomes for both businesses and candidates.

Why This Role Exists

Your primary role is to build and strengthen operational business teams that deliver excellence across our clients’ organisations—Finance, Strategy, Legal, People, Marketing, and Operations. As a Senior Talent Partner, you’ll be accountable for full-cycle recruitment within these functions, working closely with C-suite executives, department heads, and senior stakeholders to:

  • Shape hiring strategy, align submissions to business goals, and evolve capability frameworks.
  • Navigate fast-moving, ambiguous environments where operational urgency meets strategic alignment.
  • Embed within client teams to insightfully support scaling-up efforts during growth and transformation phases.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for G&A roles, spanning senior and operational levels:
    • Finance, Legal, People, Marketing, Strategy, and Operations.
  • Collaborate with CFOs, COOs, CPOs, and Chief of Staffs to:
    • Define role scopes, capability requirements, and hire plans.
    • Refine hiring processes and improve internal effectiveness.
  • Act as both a trusted partner and strategic advisor to departments.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong problem-solving relationships to mitigate hiring bottlenecks.
  • Build and sustain high-quality candidate pipelines across diverse disciplines and seniority levels.
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience via:
    • Transparent communication.
    • Thoughtful feedback.
    • Advocacy that streamlines decisions and engages candidates.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to:
    • Monitor recruitment performance.
    • Forecast talent needs.
    • Refine strategic hiring decisions.
  • Partner with the Move Team to:
    • Share insights.
    • Optimize tools and practices.
    • Continuously evolve recruitment methods.
  • Adapt quickly to emerging priorities as a high-growth, agile scale-up in a changing environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
