Location: Leicester (Hybrid – 1–2 days per week onsite)
Contract: Initial 3-month contract (with potential to extend)
Start Date: (Immediate availability highly desirable)

As they continue to scale, they're looking for an experienced Talent Partner to join their Talent Acquisition team on an initial three-month contract. You'll play a key role in hiring exceptional talent while partnering closely with business leaders to deliver a seamless recruitment experience.

We're looking for someone with 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience who has recruited across a broad range of business functions. Whilst experience hiring for Technology and Product roles is important, you'll also be comfortable recruiting across wider corporate functions, making you a well-rounded recruitment professional.

What you'll be doing

  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to offer and onboarding.
  • Recruiting across Technology, Product and broader business functions.
  • Building proactive talent pipelines through sourcing and market mapping.
  • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Providing market insights and recruitment expertise to stakeholders.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring goals.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition within an in-house or RPO environment.
  • Experience recruiting Technology and Product roles alongside broader corporate hiring.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Proven sourcing capability and experience engaging passive candidates.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to travel to the Leicester office 1–2 days per week.
