About the Role
We're looking for a Talent Partner / Sourcer to join our recruitment team in Pristina. You'll be the engine behind our hiring success, identifying, engaging, and building relationships with top candidates across a range of roles and industries. This is a hands-on sourcing role with clear progression toward full-cycle recruiting and account management.
What You'll Do
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and creative outreach methods
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for active and upcoming roles
- Write compelling outreach messages and job postings that attract the right talent
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit, motivation, and availability
- Partner closely with recruiters and account managers to understand role requirements and client needs
- Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) accurate and up to date
- Track sourcing metrics and continuously refine your approach to improve results
- Represent our agency professionally as a first point of contact for candidates

What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, sales, or a similar candidate/client-facing role (strong recent graduates with the right drive will be considered)
- Perfect, fluent English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
- Confident communicator who enjoys reaching out to and building rapport with people
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working toward targets
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, or Boolean search is an advantage
- Resilient, curious, and eager to learn the recruitment industry from the ground up
