Talent Partner - Tech & Product

Our Talent Partners have hired top talent into the teams of 27 Unicorns, including Klarna, Graphcore, Trustpilot, Mollie and Trade Republic to name a few.

As a Talent Partner at Scede, you will either be embedded into one of our live customers, or driving qualified candidate velocity for customers via our innovative new Source service.

As our next Talent Partner, you’ll have: A strong track record of achievement in end-to-end recruitment within the Tech space. Experience in scaling high-growth Tech start ups through strong delivery. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to build strong relationships. A real appreciation for data, recruiting metrics and continuous improvement. A can-do, positive attitude towards overcoming challenges and finding solutions, with an ‘always learning’ mentality. An agile approach to work, even when working remotely. Knowledge and use of AI to enhance working practices.

As a Talent Partner, you can expect to: Own the recruitment journey and all aspects of the candidate experience - sourcing, screening, and guiding great people through the process. Work closely with hiring managers and teams to create a streamlined and unbiased recruitment process that follows best practices. Be creative with sourcing techniques and continuously seek ways to improve. Focus on world class delivery using multi-channel sourcing techniques. Where required, guide your stakeholders through key initiatives including; code reviews, conducting interview training, employer branding, and the development of D&I processes. Monitor and report on key talent acquisition metrics, using data to influence decisions.
