Hours: 40 Hours - Full-time
Location: 1 day per week in Welwyn Garden City

Since starting out with just 4 nurseries in London in 2019, we've grown to over 100 nurseries across the country, without ever losing sight of what matters most: putting families, children and colleagues first.
We're now looking for a Talent Partner to join our team and help us find, hire and retain the brilliant people who make that possible. We'd love to hear from agency recruiters looking to make the move in-house, as well as those already working in-house.

The Role
As Talent Partner, you'll own end-to-end recruitment for your nominated region, working closely with Nursery Managers, Area Managers and HR Partners to make sure every nursery has the right people, in the right place, at the right time. You will:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through to offer, for a dedicated portfolio of nurseries
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand resourcing needs and advise on best-practice hiring
- Proactively source talent through social media, job boards, CV databases and direct attraction methods
- Coach and upskill hiring managers on interviewing, assessment and selection
- Track recruitment KPIs across permanent hires
- Champion diversity, equality and inclusion throughout every stage of the hiring process
About You
You're a confident, tenacious recruiter who genuinely enjoys spotting great talent and building relationships that last.
Essential:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, with a track record of sourcing and placing quality candidates
- Strong understanding of direct sourcing methods, including social media and job boards
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities at once
Desirable:
- Previous experience within an in-house or in-house-style recruitment team
- Experience recruiting within a governed or high compliance sector (e.g. childcare, education, healthcare, financial services)
- Up-to-date knowledge of market mapping, headhunting and talent pipelining
