About the role
Xcelo is looking for a Talent Partner to join us on a part-time contract or fixed-term basis. This is a hands-on role for someone who can move fast on immediate hiring needs while building the pipeline and partner network that sets us up for the long term.
As we scale, our ability to bring in the right people, at the right pace, is one of the biggest levers on our growth. This role sits right at the centre of that, shaping how quickly and how well we resource the business as demand grows.

What you'll do
- Manage immediate demand for resource across the business, working closely with hiring managers to understand needs and prioritise open roles
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, so we're never starting from scratch when a new need arises
- Build and manage a network of resourcing/recruitment partners and agencies, including sourcing new partners, and holding them to a consistent standard
- Develop Xcelo's recruitment process you'll have real scope to shape how we hire
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding, making sure every joiner and leaver has a smooth, well-run experience

What we're looking for
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or resourcing, ideally in a fast-paced or agency-adjacent environment
- Experience building recruitment processes from scratch, not just operating within an existing one
- Confidence managing multiple live requisitions and external partners at once
- Strong stakeholder management skills you'll be working directly with our delivery teams
- Strong organisational skills and comfort owning process from first contact to exit
