Talent Partnerships Manager

We're looking for a commercially minded Talent Partnerships Manager to join a growing management team. You'll take ownership of an established roster of digital creators, helping them unlock new opportunities while developing long-term commercial strategies that support sustainable career growth.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Managing a portfolio of creator talent, acting as their day-to-day commercial representative and trusted advisor.
  • Developing tailored growth strategies that strengthen each creator's personal brand and commercial potential.
  • Proactively sourcing, pitching, and negotiating brand collaborations across a range of sectors.
  • Building lasting relationships with brands, agencies, and key industry stakeholders to generate new business opportunities.
  • Overseeing campaigns from initial conversations through to successful delivery, ensuring an exceptional experience for both creators and clients.
  • Identifying emerging talent and contributing to the continued growth of the agency's creator roster.
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to maximise opportunities and deliver outstanding results.
  • Sharing knowledge and supporting the development of junior colleagues as the team continues to expand.

About You

You'll likely bring experience from talent management, influencer marketing, social media, PR, partnerships, or another commercial role within the digital space.

You'll also have:

  • A genuine interest in digital creators, online communities, and social platforms.
  • Strong commercial awareness with confidence negotiating partnerships and identifying revenue opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the confidence to manage multiple priorities.
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to a supportive team culture.
  • Experience mentoring others would be beneficial, although not essential.
