Talent & PR Assistant - Menswear
Administrative & Influencer Outreach Coordinator
Reports to: Creative Campaign’s Manager
Job Overview
As part of the wider social team, you’ll play a key role in identifying the best new talent to join our growing network of strong brand advocates and supporting the Menswear team with all administrative tasks.
Responsibilities & Duties
PR/Gifting/Influencer Outreach
- Assist the Talent + PR Co-ordinator with:
- Managing all gifting (paid/unpaid) and send-outs
- Following up with influencers to chase for imagery/content
- Responding to comments and DMs on social platforms
- Assist with and host showrooms and PR events
- Proactively identify the coolest new talent to seed leads and maximise gifting opportunities
- Collaborate with Senior Creative Lead and wider team to refine Instagram Wishlist, suggesting new gifting targets (paid/unpaid)
Research
- Continuously scout for and research the hottest new talent across all social platforms, including:
- Models
- Props
- Small businesses
- Collaborations

Reporting
In the absence of the Talent + PR Co-ordinator, you’ll be responsible for:
- Analysing men’s social metrics and drafting a weekly creative round-up report for the business.
- Monitoring brand coverage across digital and print, summarising results in a concise yet engaging form for the team.
Administration/General
- Creating and maintaining content boards and collating UGC imagery.
- Tracking deliveries for gifting items and managing returns.
- Ensuring accuracy in the use of Torque portal and Airtable systems.
- Assisting with gift box prep for Press and influencers, including generating UPS labels and invoices.
- Utilising gifting technology systems to ensure smooth processes.
- Executing general team tasks during peak periods, such as events and pop-ups.
Requirements
- Passion for social media
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Flexible work ethic, strong communication, and confidence in cross-department collaboration
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple projects efficiently
- High attention to detail and accuracy
