Your Responsibilities

Your role will be dynamic, involving:

  • Full-cycle recruitment, including:

    • Role profiling and candidate sourcing
    • CV screening and assessment planning
    • Creating interview scripts and conducting interviews
  • Building a strong employer brand to attract:

    • "Shouting talents" (obvious high-calibre candidates)
    • "Whispering talents" (hidden gems, emerging stars)
  • Optimising recruiting processes, including further development and automation

  • Improving our onboarding process in close collaboration with management

Most importantly, you must:

  • Bring a genuine passion for understanding and connecting with people
  • Enjoy speaking with a diverse range of professionals (from students to executives)
  • Have a natural ability to make people comfortable in any situation

While experience in HR, marketing, sales, or another field is beneficial, we aren’t rigid about background—as long as you:

  • Possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding grades
  • Have an UK work permit (essential for eligibility)
  • Are enthusiastic about learning and growing in a fast-paced environment

We’ll provide comprehensive on-the-job training if needed—you just need to bring curiosity, drive, and a collaborative mindset.


Work Arrangement

Location: Onsite (Monday to Friday at our Buckingham Gate office, London) Flexible start date available
