Your Responsibilities
Your role will be dynamic, involving:

Full-cycle recruitment, including:
- Role profiling and candidate sourcing
- CV screening and assessment planning
- Creating interview scripts and conducting interviews

Building a strong employer brand to attract:
- "Shouting talents" (obvious high-calibre candidates)
- "Whispering talents" (hidden gems, emerging stars)

Optimising recruiting processes, including further development and automation

Improving our onboarding process in close collaboration with management
What We Expect from You
We’re looking for someone who takes full ownership of their work, is proactive, and follows through on commitments. This role demands an unparalleled work ethic, urgency, and a relentless drive to excel.

Most importantly, you must:
- Bring a genuine passion for understanding and connecting with people
- Enjoy speaking with a diverse range of professionals (from students to executives)
- Have a natural ability to make people comfortable in any situation
While experience in HR, marketing, sales, or another field is beneficial, we aren’t rigid about background—as long as you:
- Possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding grades
- Have an UK work permit (essential for eligibility)
- Are enthusiastic about learning and growing in a fast-paced environment
We’ll provide comprehensive on-the-job training if needed—you just need to bring curiosity, drive, and a collaborative mindset.
Work Arrangement
Location: Onsite (Monday to Friday at our Buckingham Gate office, London) Flexible start date available
