Talent Resourcer - US Technology Team

Belfast City Centre / Hybrid Working

Hours: Standard 9am-6pm / flexible

MCS Group is growing, and we're looking for a Talent Resourcer to join our specialist US Technology Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to develop expertise within some of the most exciting technology markets in the world.

No recruitment experience is required - we're looking for individuals with the right attitude, strong communication skills, and the ambition to learn.

What's Different About This Role?

You'll support our growing US practice, sourcing and engaging exceptional talent across niche technology markets, including:

  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Cyber Security
  • Data & Analytics

What You'll Be Doing

Candidate Sourcing & Engagement

  • Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and talent-mapping activities.
  • Building and nurturing talent pipelines across AI, Cyber Security, and Data communities.
  • Screening candidates via phone and video calls, assessing skills, experience, and motivations.
  • Developing strong candidate relationships and becoming a trusted point of contact throughout their job search.

Talent Pipeline Management

  • Supporting specialist recruitment projects and niche hiring campaigns.
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records and managing recruitment workflows.
  • Preparing candidate profiles and CVs for submission.
  • Coordinating interviews and ensuring an excellent candidate experience from initial contact through to placement.

Market Intelligence

  • Building knowledge of the US technology market.
  • Identifying emerging talent trends and engaging with highly sought-after professionals.
  • Creating marketable talent communities that support future hiring needs.
