Talent Resourcer - US Technology Team

Location: Belfast City Centre / Hybrid Working

About the Role

At MCS Group, our US Technology Team is expanding. We’re seeking an enthusiastic Talent Resourcer who is driven, people-focused, and eager to thrive in recruitment—reaching across Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cyber Security, and Data & Analytics sectors. No prior recruitment experience is required; we’re looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for technology markets.

This role offers a rare opportunity to develop expertise in some of the most dynamic fields while supporting high-in-demand talent acquisition demands.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Talent Sourcing & Engagement

    • Proactively source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, referrals, and talent-mapping activities.
    • Build and nurture talent pipelines within AI, Cyber Security, and Data communities.
    • Screen candidates via phone and video interviews, assessing technical fit, motivations, and cultural alignment.
    • Create long-term relationships and position yourself as a trusted single point of contact throughout the candidate journey.
  • Talent Pipeline Management

    • Support specialist recruitment projects and niche hiring campaigns.
    • Maintain accurate candidate records and streamline recruitment workflows (e.g., ATS systems).
    • Prepare and draft candidate profiles and CVs for submission to clients.
    • Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a seamless candidate experience, from inquiry to placement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
