Location: Remote with limited travel for 1:1s and team meetings
Salary: Up to £31,000 (DOE)
Contract Type: Permanent - Full time (36.5 hours per week)
We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join the team at Knovia to hand-pick top talent across our chosen sectors of Care, Professional Services, Dental and Early Years.
About the Role
The role of the Knovia Talent Resourcer is integral to the success of the companies within the group by providing each of them with top talent to support their delivery, quality and commercial needs for successful operating and sizeable growth. This is a fast-paced and high-impact role, with a clear drive and focus on the continued expansion across the group with high-levels of recruitment activity across all business areas, at all levels.
This is a full 360 internal recruitment role, from job description and advert creation to sourcing, and interviewing chosen candidates through to offering and onboarding successful candidates with support of our People Coordinator. You will use your passion and drive to source best in class candidates, alongside your unique edge, creative flare and social media experience to create enticing adverts, engaging video content and polls to promote our roles and drive our external employer brand, positioning us as an employer of choice.
Using your experience, winning personality and positive energy you will build effective relationships with the wider team, candidates, colleagues and senior leaders on a national basis, to provide a quality service as part of our shared services function. You will work closely with the wider People Team, including People Operations and Learning and Development to effectively onboard and induct our new colleagues and deliver our People Strategy to drive the success of our people.
Key Responsibilities
- Building a strong network of candidates suitable for Apprenticeship sector vacancies primarily within Care, Dental, Early Years and Professional Services
- Maintaining sector knowledge in further education and recruitment trends to best place our current roles
- Regularly updating and promoting vacancies across sector specific job boards, career pages and social media channels such as Facebook and LinkedIn
- Driving our employer brand with engaging content on LinkedIn including polls, videos and written copy
- Growing and developing an evergreen hiring solution with vibrant talent pools
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with hiring managers within Paragon Skills and wider Knovia Group
- Coordinating the entire talent acquisition journey, arranging interviews, feeding back to candidates and making offers
- Providing regular data insights to Talent Acquisition Manager on all talent and onboarding activity
- Working in line with teams targets and deadlines, maintaining an outstanding service level
- Ensure Safer Recruitment, Information Security and all other legislative or Paragon Skills policies and procedures are adhered to
- Proactively promote safeguarding, inclusivity and diversity within the workforce
- Adhere to GDPR regulations and all internal information and data security policies and procedures

What We Are Looking For
- Level 3 CIPD or Recruitment qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working in a fast-paced recruitment environment - Education would be a bonus
- Strong experience working on multiple and varied vacancies simultaneously
- Knowledge and experience of using an ATS platform (we currently use Cezanne Recruitment/Occupop)
- Creative and able to produce differentiated, engaging and enticing adverts and social media imagery
- Confident and social media savvy with a passion for creating videos and exciting social content
- Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally
- Comfortable to work remotely and manage own time and resources effectively
- Confident IT user with experience using MS Office including Teams
- Knowledge of apprenticeship and further education sector
- Ambitious and results orientated with a strong sense of personal drive
