Role Description
The Talent Scout role at Eleven Development is a full-time remote position responsible for identifying promising football talent aligned with the organization’s player-first philosophy. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Researching and tracking potential players
- Reviewing performance data and video footage
- Building relationships with clubs, academies, and grassroots organizations
- Conducting virtual and in-person evaluations
- Providing detailed scouting reports
- Collaborating with coaching and development teams to match players with suitable programs
- Maintaining an organized talent pipeline
- Supporting recruitment events
- Contributing insights to improve talent identification and retention strategies

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Talent Scouting and Recruiting, with a strong understanding of player development pathways.
- Proficiency in Hiring and Interviewing, including assessing potential, fit, and long-term development needs.
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to build trust with players, families, clubs, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of football performance metrics, age-group development stages, and modern coaching methodologies.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Comfort with digital tools for video analysis, data tracking, and remote collaboration (e.g., spreadsheets, scouting software, video platforms).
- Prior experience in sports scouting, coaching, or player development is highly beneficial.
- Relevant education or certifications in sports management, coaching, or a related field are an advantage.
