Full Location: Lapu-Lapu - PH
This role is a centralized regional position managing candidate applications from review through to offer stage as part of a high-volume recruitment process. Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing candidate pre-screening questions, applications, and assessment results to ensure alignment with established thresholds
- Conducting interviews and documenting responses within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Assessing qualifications and granting verbal/written offers in adherence to organizational guidelines
- Managing cross-functional recruitment duties across assigned regional locations with daily quotas
- Ensuring data integrity within the candidate tracking system
In This Role, You Will
- Review candidate pre-screening questions, application materials, and assessment scores prior to interviews
- Interview candidates while documenting all information in the assigned ATS interview forms
- Evaluate candidates against minimum qualifications and assessment thresholds
- Facilitate verbal/written offers via the Applicant Tracking System
- Maintain relationship management with internal contacts and a diverse candidate pool
- Preserve data accuracy in applicant tracking records
- Perform any additional duties as assigned

Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or high school diploma (required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting or a related field
Core Competencies
- Proven ability to meet hiring goals in a high-volume recruitment environment
- Experience in fast-paced team settings with interview, assessment, and offer** closing tasks**
- Familiarity with centralized/regional staffing models across diverse job profiles
- Expertise in multiple Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms with data accuracy
- Strong body and written communication skills for internal/external stakeholders
- High tolerance for multi-tasking and prioritization under urgency
- PC proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel
