Full Location: Lapu-Lapu - PH

This role is a centralized regional position managing candidate applications from review through to offer stage as part of a high-volume recruitment process. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing candidate pre-screening questions, applications, and assessment results to ensure alignment with established thresholds
  • Conducting interviews and documenting responses within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Assessing qualifications and granting verbal/written offers in adherence to organizational guidelines
  • Managing cross-functional recruitment duties across assigned regional locations with daily quotas
  • Ensuring data integrity within the candidate tracking system

In This Role, You Will

  • Review candidate pre-screening questions, application materials, and assessment scores prior to interviews
  • Interview candidates while documenting all information in the assigned ATS interview forms
  • Evaluate candidates against minimum qualifications and assessment thresholds
  • Facilitate verbal/written offers via the Applicant Tracking System
  • Maintain relationship management with internal contacts and a diverse candidate pool
  • Preserve data accuracy in applicant tracking records
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or high school diploma (required)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting or a related field

Core Competencies

  • Proven ability to meet hiring goals in a high-volume recruitment environment
  • Experience in fast-paced team settings with interview, assessment, and offer** closing tasks**
  • Familiarity with centralized/regional staffing models across diverse job profiles
  • Expertise in multiple Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms with data accuracy
  • Strong body and written communication skills for internal/external stakeholders
  • High tolerance for multi-tasking and prioritization under urgency
  • PC proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel
  • Isisumbani mindset and collaborative nature
