Talent Scout - Seasonal

Full Location: Lapu-Lapu - PH

Our Talent Scout role will be a centralized regional role which will manage candidates from interview and application review to offer of the high-volume recruitment process. This includes but is not limited to the following: reviewing candidate pre-screening questions and applications; reviewing assessment results to ensure the candidates have met the established thresholds; and ensuring that the verbal and written offers are within the established format and guidelines.

Specifically, the Talent Scout role will work across the matrix on a regional basis to interview and close candidates for all assigned locations. The role will be hands-on and subjected to daily quotas that entail interviewing and offer ratios. The Talent Scout will play a critical role in ensuring we hire the best candidates.

In This Role You Will

  • Review candidate pre-screening questions, applications, assessment results prior to interviewing candidates.
  • Interview candidates documenting information in assigned interview forms within Applicant Tracking System.
  • Assess candidates to ensure they meet the minimum qualifications of the role and pass the thresholds needed for success, move forward with a verbal offer.
  • Create and extend offers to candidates using Applicant Tracking system.
  • Demonstrate relationship and strong communication skills to influence and work with multiple internal contacts and a diverse candidate pool.
  • Ensure integrity of data within the applicant tracking system
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

  • Minimum 1 year experience in recruiting or a related field
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred and a High School Diploma is required.
  • Strong experience working in a fast-paced environment - interviewing, assessing candidates, and closing candidates to offer acceptance stage.
  • Proven experience meeting hiring goals and objectives on a consistent basis in a high-volume recruiting environment.
  • The ability to work well with a team with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience working in a centralized, national/ regional staffing model handling regional recruiting for a variety of profiles.
  • Ability to cooperate effectively with others with a strong team orientation approach.
  • Demonstrated experience working with various ATS platforms with a high level of data accuracy.
  • Strong proficiency in multi-tasking and handling multiple priorities with a high sense of urgency.
  • Strong PC skills (Word and Excel).
  • A self-starter with an inclusive mindset and highly collaborative nature.
