About The Role

The Talent Specialist is a key member of YETI’s European Talent team, serving as a frontline Talent partner for managers and employees in the UK while supporting regional Talent Acquisition and core Talent processes.

The Talent Specialist balances Talent Acquisition support, employee and manager advisory, and operational execution, acting as a trusted, proactive partner who independently manages most inquiries while identifying risks early and escalating as appropriate.

What You'll Do

Manager & Employee Support

  • Provide day-to-day Talent guidance to managers across varying levels, including support on performance conversations, feedback, and team-related matters.
  • Serve as a primary Talent contact for employees, resolving common inquiries independently with sound judgment.
  • Build effective working relationships within assigned teams to support engagement and consistency in Talent practices.

Employee Relations Support

  • Support employee relations matters with guidance, including issue intake, documentation, and escalation preparation.
  • Identify early risks or trends and escalate appropriately to Talent Business Partners (TBPs) or senior Talent leadership.
  • Ensure fair, consistent, and compliant handling of employee matters in line with policy and local regulations.

Talent Acquisition & Regional Recruiting Support

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring across the UK and broader EMEA region.
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and hiring logistics to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Support sourcing activities, talent research, and pipeline development for key roles.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview processes and best practices.
  • Step in to support recruiting priorities during peak hiring periods.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
