For someone driven, collaborative, and hungry for growth, this is an opportunity to learn fast, make an immediate impact, and progress your career at an extraordinary pace.
Key Responsibilities
This is a digital-first role focused on increasing efficiency in talent acquisition, hiring, and recruitment strategy:
- Shape & Own Talent Strategy: Define and refine how Bending Spoons hires, balancing effort and investment to maximize impact. Ensure our hiring process remains a core competitive advantage.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Challenge norms, run rigorous experiments, and use data to optimize how we attract, assess, and onboard top talent.
- Lead Hiring End-to-End: Steer the entire recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing to final decision—leveraging AI/ML tools alongside human expertise to accelerate the process and improve outcomes.
- Identify Exceptional Talent: Proactively scout, engage, and nurture top candidates using multimodal approaches (outreach, data, emerging tech) to surface candidates who truly stand out.
- Design High-Impact Evaluations: Develop structured assessments (interviews, tests, evaluations) that yield clear, predictive signals for hiring confidence.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We Look For
We seek someone who excels in reasoning, discipline, and teamwork:
- Master Problem-Solving: Ability to break down complex issues, think from first principles, and make objective, bias-resistant judgments. Obsess over small details that make the biggest difference.
- Tireless Drive: When you commit, you deliver—pushing beyond expectations. You approach work with initiative, passion, and a sense of responsibility to your outputs. You’re motivated to keep raising your own bar.
- Team Spirit: Give generously and prioritise the best idea, not "my" idea. Jump in to help, regardless of where they are on the task. You’re reliable, transparent, and frank in your communication.
- English Proficiency: Fluent verbal and written English—key for collaborating in an international team.
