Your Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Talent Team Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts within the Talent Team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the team, ensuring seamless interview scheduling, effective candidate communication, and accurate data management within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

You will also assist with job postings and advertisements, ensuring compliance with UK employment regulations while maintaining alignment with our employer brand, and support a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and play a key role in attracting top talent to EIT.

This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover. The role may end earlier in line with the return of the substantive post-holder, with appropriate notice provided.

Your Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Assist the Talent Team with scheduling interviews, coordinating diaries, and maintaining accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Candidate Communication: Ensuring timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment process with candidates. Job Posting and Advertising: Support in drafting and posting job adverts across various platforms, ensuring alignment with our employer brand and compliance with UK employment regulations. Assist with reviewing, editing and re-formatting job descriptions on behalf of hiring managers. Onboarding Support: Coordinate pre-employment checks, prepare offer letters, and support the onboarding process to ensure new hires feel welcome and prepared from day one. Right to Work Checks: Conduct right to work calls with candidates, verifying passports and supporting documentation in line with UK legal requirements, ensuring compliance and accurate record keeping Candidate Experience: Meet and greet candidates on arrival, collecting them from reception and escorting them to interviews, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience Data Management: Maintain and update recruitment data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with GDPR requirements. Event Coordination: Assist with organising recruitment events, such as career fairs or open days, to promote our employer brand.

Requirements

Essential Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administration, ideally within a start-up or fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally experience using an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. High level of professionalism and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a close-knit team. Knowledge of GDPR and understanding of data privacy regulations related to recruitment in the UK. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
