About the Role
Talent Transformation is the strategic evolution of skills, organisations, and support systems to align with long-term business goals. It goes beyond traditional training, hiring, or technology implementations—organisations must continuously reinvent talent by addressing critical enterprise-wide changes for individuals, teams, and the business as a whole.
Our team partners with organisations to build a talent strategy that accesses, creates, and unlocks potential by:

Your Role
- Drive innovation in learning and reskilling solutions for clients, leveraging cutting-edge technology.
- Work in dynamic teams to deliver Talent Transformation, workforce strategy, and digital upskilling projects.
- Lead client relationships by pushing boundaries to transform talent strategy.
- Coach and mentor analysts and consultants to unlock their full potential.
- Engage in business development, contributing to sales bids and client presentations.
- Anticipate workforce shifts, advising clients on skills of the future and AI/digital impact.
- Design and implement Strategic Workforce Planning to align talent with future business needs.
- Reshape ways of working and leadership behaviours to foster agility.
- Support large-scale tech transformations, giving clients a seamless skills acquisition experience.
- Develop Skills Architecture—mapping roles, careers, and business goals against a workforce’s skills.
- Advise clients on Talent Technology (LXPs, LMS, etc.) to optimise their ecosystem.
- Shape Accenture’s Talent & Skilling Consulting practice through innovation, thought leadership, and industry influence.

Requirements
- Deliver results in talent management, capability strategy, programmes, and processes.
- Conduct capability gap assessments and training needs analysis.
- Design and run learning and reskilling programmes for organisational growth.
- Stay abreast of futuristic learning and skills analytics technologies.
- Demonstrate passion for innovation and understanding of how tech shapes Talent Management.
- Showcase expert consulting skills in communication, facilitation, data analysis, and influence-building.
- Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships, internally and externally.
