Our services range from online tutoring to university application assistance. Primarily a B2C company, we support thousands of tutors and tens of thousands of students globally. Additionally, we work with B2B clients, including institutions such as the University of Cambridge and Imperial College London.
About the Role
We are seeking Oxbridge admissions tutors to contribute to our award-winning University Admissions Branch.

The ideal candidate will:
- Have graduated from Oxford or Cambridge.
- Possess significant experience in teaching/tutoring and a strong academic background.
We are particularly looking for tutors with expertise in guiding students through the Thinking Skills Assessment (TSA), including the Test of Academic Reasoning for University Admission (TARA).
Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering bespoke admissions packages for students applying to highly competitive undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
- Managing a portfolio of clients, including providing regular progress updates to client managers.
Qualifications
- A graduate degree of 2:1 or higher.
- Graduated from either Oxford or Cambridge University.

Required Skills
- Experience in planning and delivering tailored one-to-one admissions programmes.
- Thorough knowledge of the Oxbridge admissions process, covering:
- Personal statement support.
- Admissions test preparation.
- Mock interview facilitation.
- Proven success in assisting students through the Oxbridge admissions process, particularly with the TSA/TARA admission tests.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- High-level interpersonal skills, including empathy and patience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in the admissions teams at Oxford or Cambridge (internally).
- Background in online tutoring.
- Possession of a Masters Degree.
- Over 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience.
