Tatar Language Expert
Job Summary
In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Transcribe Tatar-language videos, accurately noting timestamps and speaker details
- Translate complex materials between Tatar and English, ensuring contextual and conceptual accuracy
- Analyze linguistic features such as grammar, tone, and conceptual meaning at an expert level
- Detect and annotate emotional and tonal nuances expressed by speakers within multimedia content
- Produce clear and comprehensive documentation for language data and annotation tasks
- Collaborate closely with the customer's team and deliver feedback to improve data quality and project outcomes
- Commit to a minimum of 15 hours of work weekly, prioritizing both written and verbal communication excellence

Required Skills And Qualifications
- Native or near-native fluency in both Tatar and English languages
- Demonstrated expertise in transcription, translation, and advanced linguistic analysis
- Strong capability for detecting emotional tone and annotating language data
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote setting
- Experience in documentation and reporting within linguistics or language-related projects
- Comfortable navigating various digital tools and platforms for annotation and collaboration

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with AI, machine learning, or language data annotation projects
- Background in linguistics, translation studies, or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and document complex language phenomena
