The Role

As a Construction Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed to schedule, budget, and high standards of safety and quality. You will be accountable for project planning, resource management, and troubleshooting, as well as engaging with clients, vendors, and in-house teams to execute projects successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and workflows.
  • Ensure safety compliance and promote a safe work environment.
  • Maintain strong communication with site teams, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor and control quality to ensure project specs are met.
  • Handle procurement and resource allocation for projects.
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagements, reporting, and client communications.
  • Identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in construction management or a similar field.
  • Proven experience managing major construction projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of construction laws, safety regulations, project management, and advanced software tools (e.g., BIM).
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
