The Role
You’ll be supporting a range of construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring the plans are executed flawlessly while supervising budgets, timelines, and team activities. The Junior Project Manager plays a critical role within the company’s project management and corporate divisions, contributing to multiple operational projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of project activities
- Provide essential support in project planning and scheduling
- Help maintain adherence to project budgets and managing control reports
- Collaborate with the team to map out project objectives and timelines
- Ensure all project materials and resources are distributed efficiently
- Contribute to preparing accurate progress reports for senior management, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Communicate with contractors and supply chain vendors to ensure that all work is completed satisfactorily
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business or a related field
- Previous experience or knowledge in construction management or project coordination
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- High level of communication and technical knowledge
- Well-developed problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- A safe, ethical, and dependable demeanour
