About the Role
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Tax Professional (Enrolled Agent / CPA) to assist with federal and state tax filings, including individual and business returns. This role requires the preparation of accurate tax documents and strict adherence to regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individually and businesses
- Ensure all filings comply with current tax laws and regulations
- Conduct research on complex tax issues, providing clear recommendations to clients
- Maintain client records and documentation in line with tax standards and audits
- Collaborate directly with clients, gathering essential tax information and addressing discrepancies

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Certified Enrolled Agent (EA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a non-negotiable requirement
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience preparing tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Proficient in tax preparation software (e.g., TurboTax, Drake, etc.)
- Deep understanding of federal and state tax codes and evolving regulatory requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
