Description
We are seeking a motivated Tax / Accounts Senior to join our Macclesfield office. This is a varied role supporting both the accounts and tax teams, offering exposure to a broad range of client work. You will be responsible for preparing accounts and tax returns, supporting compliance and advisory work, and building strong client relationships. The role will also include working with Making Tax Digital (MTD) requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare sole trader and partnership accounts
- Assist with the preparation of limited company accounts
- Complete self-assessment tax returns and assist with VAT returns
- Liaise with clients to gather financial information and documentation
- Support senior team members with tax compliance and advisory work
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure deadlines are met
Key Requirements
- AAT qualified as a minimum
- Experience preparing sole trader accounts and working with client financial records
