Manager – Tax & Finance Transformation and Technology
As a Manager in the Tax & Finance Transformation and Technology team, you will play a key role in delivering technology-enabled transformation across tax and finance functions.
About the Role
Increasing regulatory complexity, evolving reporting requirements (e.g., e-invoicing, Making Tax Digital, real-time reporting), and pressure to modernise finance operations are driving organisations to rethink how their tax and finance functions operate. Businesses are investing in digital transformation, ERP optimisation, automation, AI, and operating model redesign to improve efficiency, control, and insight.
This role sits at the intersection of tax, finance, process, and technology. We are looking for individuals who can help organisations transform finance and tax functions through digital enablement, automation, and process improvement.
You will work collaboratively across tax, finance, consulting, and technology teams to design and deliver practical, scalable solutions that improve compliance, reporting, operational effectiveness, and decision-making.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
