Tripledot Global Tax Manager

Role Overview
This unique role will initially require someone who:
- Is hands-on in embedding new tax systems and processes
- Is practical, pragmatic, and commercially minded
- Works closely with finance colleagues and external advisors
- Covers all taxes except payroll globally
- Thrives on variety (operations span ~10 countries, with 3 significant territories)
Scale & Impact:
- Revenue exceeds $1bn.
- Group will soon fall under CbCR (Country-by-Country Reporting) and Pillar 2 regulations due to international expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Tax Compliance & Reporting
- Assist 3rd-party advisors in preparing and filing direct & indirect tax returns for the Group
- Maintain the annual tax compliance calendar
- Ensure timely tax payments are made

Audits & Authority Interaction
- Lead tax audits and respond to authority queries (with advisor support)
- Coordinate year-end statutory audits for tax in financial statements and group accounts

Regulatory & Legislative Awaremes
- Identify and apply changing global tax legislation for the Group
- Support Transfer Pricing Policy implementation
- Handle Pillar 2 requirements and country-by-country reporting

Process & Project Work
- Contribute to global advisory projects and tax-saving initiatives with the Interim Head of Tax
- Embed/maintain robust tax governance frameworks
- Drive process improvements and new system implementations to ensure compliance
Required Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Experience:
- 5+ years’ post-qualification experience (minimum preferred)
- UK tax expertise (VAT and corporation tax) + familiarity with international taxation
- Proven track record in tax advisory and compliance, either in-house or at a practice

Qualifications:
- A recognised accountancy/tax qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIOT), paired with degree-level education (or equivalent)
