Tax Manager
Tax Manager – Northampton – Permanent
Salary: £60K–£70K (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Manage a portfolio of owner-managed businesses and private clients
- Provide advice across a broad range of tax issues
- Supervise junior team members
- Contribute to the growth of the tax team
This role highlights the importance of client relationship management and bespoke tax advisory support.
Requirements & Qualifications
Essential:
- CA / CTA qualification required
- Proven U.K. practice experience (personal and corporate tax)
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong communication and advisory skills
Desirable (Must-Have or Plus Factors):
- Practical knowledge of VAT, Inheritance Tax (IHT), Capital G gains Tax (CGT), and Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT)
- Business development skills (though not essential)
