About the Role
Mellis Blue is recruiting a Permanent Tax Manager on behalf of our client based in Buckinghamshire. This role is ideal for a candidate with substantial experience in tax advisory and compliance, and demonstrates strong leadership qualities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of tax services, including corporate and personal tax returns, as well as providing expert advice on complex tax planning opportunities.
Within this position, you will act as the main point of contact for a diverse client portfolio, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through clear communication and strategic tax solutions. Additionally, you will supervise junior team members, contribute to maintaining technical excellence, and support business development initiatives to expand the firm's client base.

Requirements
- Qualified ACA / ACCA / CTA or equivalent qualification.
- Significant experience in both personal and corporate tax advisory and compliance.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and HMRC regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships with a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex tax matters.
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members.
- A proactive, organised attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
