About the Role
We’re looking for a Finance Manager – Tax to lead our corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing, and Pillar Two activities. You’ll ensure full compliance, strengthen tax governance, and act as a trusted advisor to the business. This role also plays a key part in educating the finance team and managing external tax advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with external tax consultants, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage CIT compliance, tax returns, provisions, and HMRC interactions.
- Complete Tax Planning and work with consultants to drive tax optimisation.
- Oversee VAT filings, controls, and guidance on domestic and cross-border transactions.
- Maintain transfer pricing documentation and support intercompany pricing reviews.
- Lead finance support for OECD Pillar Two modelling, data, and reporting.
- Deliver tax training and build tax awareness across the finance team.
- Strengthen tax controls and drive process improvements.
- Work with Internal Finance team to manage Tax training/compliance and optimize cash flow.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Qualified CTA / ACA / (or equivalent) with partnership and practice experience
- 5+ years in a tax discipline with preference for Direct Tax specialism
- Exposure to transfer pricing
- Strong understanding of UK tax rules
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience with Pillar Two is beneficial.
- International tax experience
- Knowledge of VAT related to cross-border transactions
