Exciting Opportunity for a Tax Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Tax Manager to join a top-tier practice. The successful candidate will manage and advise on tax matters, delivering expert solutions to a broad range of clients.

Description
- Liaising and corresponding with HMRC in respect of clearance applications, enquiries, etc.
- Drafting reports and letters of advice for a number of tax advisory issues.
- Preparing calculations to support advice.
- Liaising with clients and attending meetings with other team members.
- Training and reviewing the work of more junior members of staff.
- Providing support to Directors and Partners in the Tax Advisory Group.
- Advice and implementation of corporate reconstructions, investor reliefs such as EIS/SEIS, staff incentive schemes.
- Advising owner-managed businesses regarding remuneration planning, succession planning.
- Preparation of research & development claims, VAT returns, SDLT returns.
- Advising individuals regarding IHT planning and CGT mitigation.
- Reviewing corporate tax computations and returns.

Profile
A Successful Tax Manager - Advisory Should Have
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional tax or accounting certification.
- Proficiency in tax advisory and management.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
- Exceptional client service skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement tax strategies.
