Pure Search are exclusively partnered with a FTSE listed business looking to hire a Tax Manager for their London based team, with office travel required just 1 day per week.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing tax compliance across 10 regions, including the review and finalisation of corporation tax returns, tax computations, tax payments, and the management of corporation tax creditor and debtor positions.
- Support the year-end audit process, preparing the group tax workbook, and assisting with year-end tax reporting requirements.
- You will work closely with the Transfer Pricing team to implement allocation methodologies, primarily cost-plus and profit-split approaches, and perform intercompany calculations.
- Prepare and review CbCR filings at group level, as well as coordinating and submitting regional CbC notifications.
- Submit Pillar Two registration forms across multiple jurisdictions and support both group reporting calculations and regional Pillar Two computations.
- Support legal entity rationalisation projects aimed at simplifying the group structure.

Requirements:

- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent
- Corporate tax compliance experience is compulsory either in-house or in practice
- Ability to travel to the Central London office 1 day per week
- No visa sponsorship required
This is a full-time role based in Central London just 1 day per week, paying up to £80,000 + bonus.
